In this crucial position, you will redefine traditional access management by crafting a global identity strategy that positions Identity at the heart of our security framework. Your role will be vital in safeguarding sensitive data across our intricate global platform while promoting a philosophy of 'Security as an Enabler', harmonizing seamless user experience with stringent security measures.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for building and guiding a mission-driven team of engineers, cultivating an environment where technical excellence, high-quality data, and professional development are foundational to our operations. You will spearhead the deployment of advanced technologies, utilizing solutions such as Okta and Cloudflare Warp to create a smooth and secure user experience that enhances the structure of our extensive ecosystem. Your leadership will be characterized by your ability to connect the dots between technical intricacies and business value, collaborating with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to deeply embed identity within our global framework. By steering the shift towards a Zero Trust architecture and modernizing our access models, you will have a direct impact on the security posture and operational resilience of the world's foremost local delivery platform.
Your mission:
Lead and mentor a high-performing team: Foster a culture of technical excellence and career growth, empowering the team to achieve strategic security results and long-term success.
Define the IAM roadmap and maturity: Establish a comprehensive roadmap for our IAM program, covering identity governance, access management, privileged access management (PAM), and authentication solutions.
Implement key IAM initiatives: Oversee the execution of significant projects, including centralizing identity management, enhancing authentication security, enforcing endpoint identity, adopting zero trust principles, and transitioning to role-based access control (RBAC).
Ensure secure identity and access management: Establish and uphold robust security measures to protect organizational identities and access to critical systems and data.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with IT teams, business units, and senior management to ensure the successful adoption and execution of IAM initiatives.
Stay at the forefront: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging threats, and innovative technologies to proactively strengthen our IAM security posture.
