Develop and transition our critical service from a monolithic application to an independent runtime, utilizing modern event-driven, distributed technologies.
Focus on user experience and contribute to enhancing our platform with new features and design updates while upholding high code quality.
Lead the team in delivering roadmap objectives effectively.
Assist in maintaining a minimal bug backlog.
Contribute to defining a technical vision and collaboratively drive the roadmap for upcoming quarters.

Your Profile

Minimum of 8 years in software engineering.
Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with our technology stack; our current monolith utilizes Ruby, while the new service will be built with Kotlin.
Appreciation for the importance of code testing.
Comfort with refactoring while implementing new features.
Proven experience in developing efficient, maintainable, and secure products.
