Your responsibilities Assess and qualify new hardware such as photovoltaic modules and substructures, including technical risk reviews and integration testing. Plan and supervise thorough functionality and quality tests for new hardware, partnering with external labs to meet internal and regulatory requirements. Support the smooth integration of new hardware into installation and assembly workflows. Develop and refine approval processes for new suppliers and products, working closely with Supply Chain Management, Hardware, Procurement, and Installation Excellence teams.
