You will collaborate on key projects across the company, ensuring clear processes and helping to operationally and organizationally develop and scale our operations.Your Responsibilities• Process Development & Operational ScalingElevate our critical processes: Refine workflows, standardize procedures, and ensure stability as we scale rapidly.Quickly identify operational pain points, develop pragmatic solutions, and implement them alongside affected teams.• Project Management & ExecutionTake ownership of projects from concept to execution and evaluation, bearing real responsibility for outcomes.Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure projects generate significant impact.• Interface ManagementCollaborate closely with Operations, Product, Tech, Quality, and Finance to ensure seamless flow of information and tasks.• KPI, Reporting, and Structural WorkConduct data-driven analysis of sales and performance KPIs to identify growth and efficiency levers.
