The project centers on transforming fragmented scientific and enterprise data into structured, reusable knowledge assets. The aim is to support explainable reasoning, governed analytics, and trustworthy AI by building modular and validated frameworks that can adapt over time. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify use cases and define competency questions that guide system development. Translate business requirements into semantic models, schemas, and query patterns. Design and develop ontologies and data models using LinkML and RDF/OWL. Create query templates and ensure data transformations align with intended questions. Communicate system capabilities and results to internal teams and clients, clearly explaining what the system can answer and the reasoning behind it. Take part in or lead design workshops and important client meetings as needed. Work Location and Schedule This position is fully remote.
