In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting IT service monitoring and enhancing centralization and consolidation efforts, aimed at improving the quality of IT service monitoring and increasing efficiencies in event management. This includes managing and coordinating various operational and project activities, integrating performance data into actionable reports, and executing Continual Service Improvement (CSI) processes. You will collaborate closely with the Program Manager and a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of IT services, optimize infrastructure, and update WEB User Interfaces both internally and externally.
