Key Responsibilities of the Senior Learning & Development Trainer
- Collaborate with management and key stakeholders to design, deliver, and implement practical learning solutions.
- Revise and update training materials as necessary to respond to changes in a fast-paced environment, maintaining an up-to-date library of resources.
- Promote the Learning & Development function to ensure managers and colleagues are informed of available opportunities.
- Assist the Training Manager in addressing training needs across various customer operations.
- Work with the Training Manager to develop an annual training plan.
