As an Order Entry Specialist at Artech Information Systems LLC, located in Bloomfield, NJ, you will play a crucial role in the processing of intricate advertising schedules. This includes entering buy sheets, agency orders, and finalized deals for both linear and non-linear advertising. You will also be responsible for tracking sports and high-profile events, ensuring everything is accurately recorded in our special event tracker and market trackers.Your responsibilities will involve reviewing and auditing online orders for clearance using our reporting tools. If any issues arise, you will communicate these effectively to management and relevant leadership.Additionally, you will download and transfer electronic order files following current guidelines and client expectations. You will need to enter notes in our linear order management system and notify sales, support, and NCC teams according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).You will also handle the entry of complex online orders into our digital order management system, ensuring adherence to quality control measures and confirming accuracy of the copy. Furthermore, inventory checks will be part of your duties, identifying any necessary changes or revisions based on expectations.
