Become a vital part of TKDA as a Traffic Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience, and help redefine urban mobility. You will be at the forefront of developing innovative transportation solutions that address real-world challenges while enhancing the safety and efficiency of our infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate with a talented group of engineers, designers, and technicians known for their ability to create safe and effective designs for complex transportation systems serving the Department of Transportation, local agencies, and design-build contractors.Your responsibilities will include observing and gathering traffic data, conducting intersection evaluations, completing corridor studies, and performing analyses using advanced simulation and modeling software. You will also prepare both preliminary and final designs and develop detailed construction plans for traffic signals, lighting, construction staging, maintenance of traffic, and signing/striping.We are looking for a qualified candidate who currently resides or is willing to relocate within a reasonable commuting distance from our office.Hybrid Work Environment: In-office Tuesday to Thursday | Work from Home Monday & Friday
