Apply today to be part of a company that truly values its people and their contributions!As a Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include:Conducting thorough reviews of all types of tax returns, identifying and resolving relevant issues, exploring planning opportunities, and ensuring returns are complete and ready for Principal review.Providing expert tax research and consulting services in response to client inquiries and identifying opportunities.Managing client engagements, including the planning and oversight of the tax return preparation process, and coordinating tax consulting projects.Identifying tax planning and consulting opportunities in collaboration with clients and their other advisors.Assuming specific tax and non-tax administrative responsibilities to support the Principals in the overall management of the firm.Maintaining direct communication with clients and their advisors, serving as the primary point of contact.Proactively engaging with other team members to assist and inquire about the status of projects.Mentoring and leading training sessions as a team leader.Thinking strategically about practice development, including opportunities for cross-selling to existing clients and identifying potential new clients.Requirements:
