Position: Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Outbound SDR to drive our growth and play a pivotal role within our sales team. This is an opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with direct mentorship from Kevin Dorsey (KD), a leading figure in global sales, and Jeff Stirling, who played a crucial role in scaling Deel to $800 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Employ innovative strategies to identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Prospect Qualification: Assess their needs and connect them with how Finally’s solutions can revolutionize their operations.
Relationship Building: Cultivate trust and excitement with SMBs by effectively presenting Finally’s value proposition.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed lead generation and sales KPIs, tracking progress using Salesforce and other tools.
Collaboration: Partner with talented sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and drive overall success.
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is advantageous but not mandatory.
Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities.
A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to remain resilient in the face of challenges.
