The role involves advising and guiding partners in finding the most suitable solutions for their needs. You will be part of a technical team, managing both pre-sales and post-sales activities related to the assigned products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer support during pre-sales and post-sales phases
- Maintaining strategic relationships with vendors
- Sizing technical solutions
- Researching and developing products and technologies
- Supporting the sales team during client visits
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to obtain technical certifications related to managed products and services, and to deliver training and technical webinars within the Allnet Italia Academy, a training lab dedicated to creating career development paths aligned with market needs.
