We are expanding our Base France team and looking for a passionate Implementation Specialist to facilitate our clients' journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients with Base., guiding them from initial kick-off to successful operational launch.
- Customize and configure Base. to meet specific client requirements, encompassing:
- Product workflows (management, enrichment, publishing).
- Order workflows (business rules, automations, and synchronizations).
- Develop and implement tailored solutions with a focus on intricate system architecture and advanced configurations.
- Exhibit a strong technical mindset, capable of comprehending and structuring complex systems (basic coding skills are a plus).
- Assist in the integration of external systems (ERP, PIM, CMS, marketplaces, carriers, payment solutions, etc.), which includes:
- Setting up data exchanges.
- Establishing business mappings.
- Conducting integration testing and ensuring functional validation.
- Provide continuous support to clients, acting as the go-to technical and functional contact during and after implementation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance the technical sales process.
- Engage with Product and Tech teams to communicate client needs and contribute to Base.’s evolution.
- Document, refine, and standardize implementation processes to enhance efficiency.
