DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Lead Building Controls Technician will play a pivotal role in installing and maintaining Runwise's control and sensor networks in both residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include:
- Setting up Runwise control systems and internet connectivity.
- Installing wired and wireless network sensors throughout various buildings.
- Conducting tests on control and wireless network systems.
- Understanding boiler room configurations and identifying components in both steam and hydronic systems.
- Coordinating installation schedules with the team.
- Maintaining and updating tracking systems for customer installation data, essential for technology, monitoring, and finance teams.
- Managing parts inventory within the technician's service van.
- Collaborating with field and associate technicians during installations.
