You will lead a small, dedicated team in designing and building a Snowflake-native, Power BI–integrated data product from inception to launch, focusing on data product ownership, metric design, and stakeholder alignment.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Life Sciences stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.Oversee the complete lifecycle of the commercial data product for the kidney launch, from vision to execution.Convert launch strategies into segmentation frameworks, KPIs, and data products utilized by commercial leadership.Ensure stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Analytics divisions.Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with launch milestones.
