Position Overview:
As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Maven AGI, you will play an essential role in our go-to-market strategy, supporting our customer experience team to promote the adoption of our AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying customer challenges, designing bespoke solutions, and ensuring that new clients are positioned for success by delivering tangible business outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and a commitment to customer success throughout their journey.
What You’ll Do:
Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales, CX, and product teams to create tailored solutions that resolve specific customer pain points and yield measurable ROI swiftly.
Technical Implementation: In a post-sales capacity, collaborate closely with project managers and solution engineering teams to devise an implementation strategy and oversee the full product rollout.
