Role overview The XSOAR Engineer will join the Security Operations Center (SOC) team in Boulogne Billancourt. This role focuses on maintaining a reliable and effective SOAR platform, collaborating with analysts to improve and expand its features. Main responsibilities Perform regular maintenance and apply updates to keep the SOAR system stable. Collaborate with SOC analysts to gather requirements for playbook enhancements, integrations, and new features, then implement these updates. Design and develop new playbooks and reports to automate SOC processes. Create and update technical documentation and process guides for the SOAR platform. Assist analysts by clarifying playbook functions and SOAR capabilities in daily operations. Propose and build new SOAR-driven services to help strengthen client security coverage. Location This position is based in Boulogne Billancourt, Île-de-France, France.
