This role focuses on leveraging your understanding of media production to coordinate deliverables, tackle issues, and ensure timely content delivery.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in the execution of monthly In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) content sets for client accounts.Maintain ongoing communication with Media Integration Specialists to monitor and resolve reported issues.Identify and address any production or delivery challenges that may affect customer timelines.Provide direct communication to clients about delivery statuses, challenges, and resolutions.Utilize company tools to manage production schedules and monitor milestones and deadlines.Support the preparation of Customer Scorecards and share insights on performance trends.Oversee distribution lists, coordinate shipping, and assist with billing according to customer specifications.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the IFE product, supply chain, and production processes.Collaborate across various teams, including Program and Project Managers, as well as Media Services.Make informed decisions to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.Contribute suggestions for enhancing processes and increasing workflow efficiency.Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.Requirements:A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.1–3 years of experience in media integration, digital media operations, account coordination, or a related area.Solid knowledge of media production workflows and content delivery cycles.Proficient in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and customers, to manage deliverables and resolve issues.Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and solve routine production or workflow challenges with minimal supervision.Experience managing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly conveying updates and issues to both internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in Excel and word processing software for tracking data, schedules, and production status.
