Join Assystem as a Junior Technical Support Officer and collaborate closely with our Senior Record Support Officer to enhance quality-related initiatives across diverse projects. Your primary responsibilities will encompass administrative support, efficient document management, and meticulous quality data tracking to ensure compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Records Support Manager:
- Provide administrative support to the Records Support Manager and assist with daily documentation tasks.
- Process task requests and ensure timely and accurate completion.
Document Management & Editing:
- Review, edit, and organize quality documentation.
- Utilize Teamcenter (AS69) for document uploads and management.
- Return completed document packs to the requesters promptly.
Template & Data Management:
- Employ Excel for tracking task progress and managing data.
- Identify and utilize correct templates based on specific codes.
- Complete and submit templates as per project requirements.
Quality Support & Reviews:
- Assist in reviewing documents to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
- Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings and contribute to quality check processes.
- Support the identification and resolution of non-conformance issues.
Training & Continuous Improvement:
- Engage in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skill set.
- Support quality audits, root cause analyses, and improvement initiatives.
Data & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate trackers and dashboards.
- Assist in preparing regular quality reports for stakeholders.
- Provide relevant data to support investigations as needed.
General Administrative Tasks:
- Manage physical documents through printing, scanning, and organization.
- Verify and organize data across various systems and tools.
