The MLS team at Freenome tackles the complexities of developing DL models using large-scale genomic data. As a Senior Machine Learning Research Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain the infrastructure necessary for the creation of these DL models. You will enable distributed DL pipelines, optimize hardware usage for efficient training, and implement model optimizations.
