Your Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of Construction Operatives, participating in recruitment, induction, and training processes.Plan and schedule daily and weekly work, ensuring that labor, materials, vehicles, and equipment are appropriately allocated.Act as the on-site supervisor for assigned projects, including performing NRSWA operative duties as required.Conduct site surveys, inspections, and completion checks, addressing any issues and documenting activities in our systems.Establish and nurture strong relationships with your team, as well as Operations and Project Managers, Site Inspectors, and Administrative staff.Champion Health and Safety on site, overseeing RAMS, permits, audits, dynamic risk assessments, and incident reporting.Manage routine checks of vehicles, equipment, and plant, collaborating with depot and fleet teams to resolve any issues.Assist in managing stock, materials, and consumables to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.Support budgeting efforts by maintaining accurate records and monitoring costs.
