This role supports the company’s Safety Manager and steps in as deputy when needed. The main focus is to ensure all flight test operations meet strict safety and certification requirements. Key Responsibilities Act as deputy for the Safety Manager as required. Represent Flight Test at important forums, including Safety Review Boards and Occurrence Report Review Boards. Lead safety activities for Flight Test, such as: Facilitating Aircraft-level Hazard Assessment Working Groups Investigating flight test occurrences Developing and maintaining risk assessment processes and documentation Support the Safety Management System (SMS) by contributing to hazard identification and risk assessment.
