This is a rare opportunity to join a talented and diverse team committed to delivering efficient and forward-thinking solutions.Your Responsibilities:Take the lead in managing projects with full accountability for on-time and on-budget delivery.Oversee project contracts, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.Manage change effectively by documenting early warnings, preparing variations, and negotiating changes with clients.Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, identifying risks, dependencies, and necessary resources.Evaluate and mitigate project risks and opportunities to guarantee successful outcomes.Administer contracts under various frameworks, including NEC.Ensure quality management processes are implemented for all project activities and outputs.Engage with stakeholders to manage their interests and influence, aligning them with project goals.Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams across the organization.Supervise subcontractor and supply chain performance to meet project standards.Foster strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.Lead bid management for design tenders on standalone projects and framework contracts.If you're passionate about innovation and transforming bold ideas into reality, AECOM is the place for you.
