You will work closely with the Head of Production, taking ownership of process optimization and implementation.What to Expect:Setting, adjusting, and optimizing production processes.Accountability for meeting weekly and monthly production targets with the required quality and timeliness.Leading key personnel in production while establishing clear standards and managing the operational budget of the production team.Implementing efficiency principles and LEAN methodologies (5S, process optimization across production).Collaborating with the Head of Production and OPS Lead on raw material flow, logistics, and scaling production, as well as working with R&D to transition recipes to mass production.Data analysis — tracking raw material yield, identifying bottlenecks in real-time, and reporting.Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, occupational health and safety, and internal processes (HACCP).Who We Are Looking For:You have at least 6 years of experience in food production or modern gastronomy, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.You are skilled in setting processes, standardizing operations, and working with KPIs — not just managing shifts.You have experience in production optimization and are familiar with LEAN principles (e.g., 5S).You are proficient in English communication.You can work with data, quickly identify issues, and make decisions under pressure.You understand quality and safety standards (HACCP and related regulations).You can lead teams, set expectations, and maintain standards.You possess a valid driver’s license (Category B).
