Responsibilities
- Assess customer interactions (calls, chats, emails, social media) to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to support representatives, facilitating ongoing improvement.
- Engage in internal and client calibration sessions to maintain quality consistency.
- Work closely with the Team Leader on coaching efforts and performance alignment.
- Identify and propose process enhancements to boost service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze quality-related data to pinpoint trends and opportunities.
