Monitor daily team performance, providing feedback and training to associates as necessary. Oversee and manage daily volume to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Lead efforts to manage all market objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) focusing on delivery on time in full (DOTIF), quality of service, and inventory, all while ensuring a premier experience for our brand and retail partners. Supervise and track the team's adherence to standard operational procedures.
