About The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, your pivotal role involves generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead discovery within your designated territory. Leveraging both internal and external resources, you will identify potential prospects, deliver product information, provide quotations, and contribute to our commercial success. Collaboration with colleagues during key sales activities and maintaining precise records in CRM systems will be essential to your success.
What You’ll Do:
- Initiate contact via phone and email to uncover new commercial opportunities in your assigned territory.
- Utilize various internal and third-party tools to generate leads and identify market whitespace.
- Support qualified prospects with follow-ups, product details, and quotations.
- Achieve monthly KPIs for commercial opportunities as tracked in Salesforce activity reports.
- Engage in call-out days, events, and customer meetings alongside sales colleagues.
- Keep accurate records of lead information and activities within CRM systems.
- Assist in training and onboarding new sales associates.
