Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional technical support to internal and external clients via phone and email. This includes diagnosing and resolving incidents, providing technical consultancy, and coordinating with other departments for incident escalation and resolution tracking.
- Organize and schedule on-site interventions by assigning service engineers to client incidents that necessitate direct intervention, while maintaining communication until the issue is fully resolved.
