Analyze IT applications and solutions, develop concepts, and implement them in the areas of Time Management and Attendance Management. Maintain and enhance existing applications, interfaces, and system integrations. Proactively diagnose and resolve application issues, providing technical support to users. Support third-party software solutions for our business clients. Prepare and advise on the new software selection process. Serve as the central contact point for all stakeholders regarding our applications. Coordinate external suppliers in implementing new business requirements.

Proven track record in project management and coordinating with external service providers. A strong interest in enhancing professional internal application operations and project support. Familiarity with ITIL methodology is advantageous (certification preferred). Ability to work in a structured, solution-oriented manner both independently and within a team, coupled with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken. Cultural sensitivity and a willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Skills: Experience in SAP FI/CO/TR-related projects.
