Your Role: Provide support to our direct customers, distributors, and resellers in the EMEA region for technical and business inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Educate and train direct customers and resellers utilizing your technical acumen regarding Formlabs printers. Assist resellers in delivering outstanding service to their clientele. Collaborate closely with our global engineering team to resolve technical issues. About You: You are fluent in written and spoken Italian and English. You possess the ability to quickly troubleshoot technical issues; rest assured, we will equip you with the necessary technical training. You enjoy engaging with people and are an attentive listener. You are comfortable and professional while communicating over the phone. You have exceptional writing skills, demonstrating proper spelling and grammar.
