This position serves as a vital point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, facilitating daily program operations and ensuring top-notch service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with local hiring managers and oversee their temporary recruitment requests.Record and maintain data concerning recruitment agency performance and hiring manager needs.Conduct vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, brief third-party suppliers, screen incoming CVs, schedule interviews, and support onboarding and contractor management activities.Maintain local relationships with clients and agencies.Verify, upload, and track invoices and payment approvals.Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve local issues with clients and agencies.Monitor the successful achievement of local service level agreements.Provide statistical analysis support and undertake additional duties as dictated by client needs.Deliver periodic program status reports to the Programme Manager as required.
