Proven track record in project management and coordinating with external service providers. A strong interest in enhancing professional internal application operations and project support. Familiarity with ITIL methodology is advantageous (certification preferred). Ability to work in a structured, solution-oriented manner both independently and within a team, coupled with excellent communication skills.
