Role overview
Ebury is hiring a Senior Sales Executive for FX Financial Solutions to work from the Budapest office. This office-based role focuses on expanding Ebury’s reach in Hungary by targeting larger SMEs and mid-sized companies. The main objective is to drive business growth through research and strategic outreach.
What you will do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients whose annual turnover is at least £50M.
- Present Ebury’s cash management, FX hedging, and payment solutions to potential clients.
- Develop a detailed understanding of each client’s business strategy and challenges to recommend tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, thorough call reports in Salesforce, and attentive service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in FX sales, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to mentor junior colleagues and shape effective sales strategies.
- Comfort adapting sales techniques based on client feedback and changing market conditions.
- Motivation to achieve performance targets and benefit from a competitive commission structure.
