Role Overview This Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role is a 6-month contract based in Budapest. The position focuses on driving talent acquisition strategy, managing end-to-end recruitment, and partnering closely with agency leadership. The role also supports the Talent Acquisition team through mentorship and a focus on candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for complex, high-impact, and leadership positions within the agency. Stakeholder Partnership: Advise Hiring Managers and Senior Leaders by running intake meetings, defining success profiles, and providing data-driven insights to manage expectations. Advanced Sourcing: Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates, using advanced Boolean search, networking, and headhunting methods. Market Intelligence: Stay current with industry trends, salary data, and competitor activity to inform talent positioning and employer branding. Process Improvement: Identify and address inefficiencies in the hiring process to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and diversity. Candidate Experience: Ensure clear, transparent communication and engagement throughout the candidate journey, from first contact to offer. Data Management & Reporting: Keep accurate records in the ATS and deliver regular reports on recruitment KPIs and pipeline status to stakeholders.
