Conduct detailed analysis and management of deviations in key logistics service KPIs, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement by proposing and implementing new methodologies, models, and technologies.
Support strategic and operational decision-making by providing robust data analysis and dashboards, enabling stakeholders to manage processes and indicators effectively.
Reduce logistics costs by identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, optimizing workflows, and negotiating better terms, directly impacting Cost Per Item (CPI) and the area’s P&L.
Present progress and results from implemented processes.
Develop, manage, and implement logistics projects in collaboration with central and local teams.
Generate and monitor reports to understand emerging issues for future resolution proposals.
Prepare and automate reports and analyses from queries to databases (Big Query, SQL, Big Data) or standardized report queries (Tableau, Looker, Excel, Data Studio).
