Position OverviewThe Stringer Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and precise operation of the Stringer machine. This position requires a blend of production knowledge, technical skills, and mechanical competence to guarantee consistent product quality, optimal equipment uptime, and high first-time-through (FTT) rates. The operator will monitor the performance of the Stringer, utilize Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), perform hands-on preventive and autonomous maintenance, and assist in troubleshooting minor issues under the direction of maintenance and engineering teams.
