As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential customers. Your responsibilities will include generating leads from marketing initiatives, meeting sales targets, and ensuring exceptional after-sales support. Ultimately, your efforts will drive sales growth and contribute to the long-term success of dubizzle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with clients to manage their expectations and ensure a positive experience with dubizzle.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets for renewal and acquisition.
- Develop expertise in the Egyptian Real Estate market by leveraging both on-ground insights and high-level data from dubizzle.
- Expand our market share by introducing our products to new customers.
- Organize and manage meetings with clients for acquisitions, renewals, and upgrades.
- Enhance client satisfaction through diligent account management.
- Regularly update the reporting dashboard to reflect all sales activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing departments on any sales or client-related matters.
- Gather market insights and stay informed about local law changes and development news.
