Keep inventory and storage areas organized for efficiency. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of shipments and inventory transactions. Coordinate inventory transfers with other departments as needed. Optimize storage layouts and floor space based on best practices. Identify and recommend improvements to warehouse operations. Perform monthly physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies. Handle other related duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume receiving or food service environment. Experience handling produce is required. Background in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving is essential. Valid license for operating motorized hand trucks, forklifts, reach trucks, or stackers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
