The focus is on program oversight rather than direct team management. The role involves close collaboration with client teams, introducing effective rituals, defining metrics, developing a roadmap, and strengthening connections across departments. Three days per week of onsite attendance at the client’s Campinas office is required. Key responsibilities Facilitate alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, and Data, ensuring decisions support global strategies and business growth. Guide and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve delivery maturity and the impact of the client’s Marketing platforms (automation, segmentation, personalization, data intelligence). Lead the multidisciplinary team to foster collaboration and excellence, without direct hands-on implementation. Oversee the product delivery cycle, from planning and requirements refinement to launch and monitoring, applying strong management and prioritization practices. Manage the backlog with the Product Manager, aligning input from Design, Engineering, and Data teams. Identify, map, and track program risks and dependencies, define mitigation strategies, and communicate impacts to stakeholders. Produce weekly executive reports covering status, priorities, risks, dependencies, progress, and key metrics. Lead and support problem-solving and conflict resolution, removing obstacles for the team. Ensure transparency over priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress using management and monitoring tools. Negotiate and interact with various departments, connecting product needs to initiative execution, and promote agile frameworks. Maintain daily communication with American stakeholders, the Brazilian client team, and another consulting firm. Requirements Strong experience managing complex software or digital product programs and projects. Demonstrated ability in people management and leading multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of agile methodologies and scaling frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
