About the Role:
The Zone Success Manager (ZSM) serves as a pivotal Go-To-Market role within the BEES Commercial organization, tasked with spearheading digital transformation, driving adoption, and ensuring business impact of BEES Link across AB InBev Zones (Business Units). The ZSM is responsible for the overall success of the Zone, ensuring that BEES Link is seamlessly integrated into the commercial operating model and yields tangible business results. This role operates at the confluence of Business, Product, Data, and Technology, functioning as the primary liaison between Global BEES teams and local Zones.
Mission: Empower Zones to meet their business objectives through BEES by leading change management, enhancing adoption and proficiency, and translating product capabilities into commercial impact.
What You'll Do:
Zone Ownership & Relationship Management
- Oversee the complete success of designated Zones within BEES.
- Establish trusted relationships with Zone stakeholders.
- Comprehend business priorities, maturity, and constraints to customize the Go-To-Market approach.
- Proactively address risks, dissatisfaction, and obstacles to adoption.
Go-To-Market & Change Management
- Lead change management for BEES Link adoption.
- Integrate BEES Link into daily commercial practices.
