Position Overview
- The Receptionist / Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring our patients receive outstanding care. You will manage a variety of administrative and customer service responsibilities that support our hospital's operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone, especially during high-stress situations.
- Effectively manage lobby flow, address concerns, calm distressed pet owners, and schedule appointments.
- Assist in handling basic medical emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of pets and their owners.
- Support medication pickups, address inquiries, and provide detailed information regarding our services and products.
- Input and manage data in our practice management software, including billing and account management.
- Assist with retail sales, weigh pets, process faxes, and maintain accurate records.
- Reconcile cash drawer and perform end-of-day duties to ensure accurate financial transactions.
