The DCF infrastructure is integral to the Aviatrix multi-cloud solution, featuring dynamically applied policy structures, messaging infrastructure, and robust security features that enhance our end-to-end offerings. We are currently seeking a talented Member of Technical Staff (MTS) to contribute to the development of data plane software. In this role, you will collaborate with senior engineers to tackle challenges in multi-cloud networking and secure connections to the edge. Your responsibilities will include implementing features, resolving bugs, and enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and stability of DCF components, all while gaining invaluable experience in multi-cloud networking and security services. This infrastructure encompasses the entire data lifecycle—collection, transmission, processing, storage, and analysis—supporting Aviatrix's comprehensive multi-cloud networking solution.We seek a Sr. MTS to independently tackle complex technical challenges, contribute to platform architecture, and implement significant enhancements in the security, quality, reliability, and performance of our observability systems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTechnical ExecutionDesign and implement solutions for a diverse array of complex challenges across observability plane modules, primarily utilizing Golang, Javascript, and Python.Deliver features and enhancements independently while demonstrating initiative and sound technical judgment throughout the development lifecycle.Write clean, testable, and maintainable code aligned with objectives established by Engineering leadership.Create innovative, comprehensive, and feasible solutions that progressively enhance product security, quality, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency for our customers.Project Ownership & PlanningEstablish milestones for assigned tasks and prioritize work to adhere to release schedules.Proactively identify risks and communicate progress at critical checkpoints, ensuring technical judgment and deliverables' accuracy.Effectively collaborate under generalized project conditions.

As a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) Site Reliability Engineer, expect to develop core SRE skills while supporting the reliability and performance of production systems. Key Responsibilities Kubernetes: Manage basic application deployments, help troubleshoot issues, and support monitoring activities.
