The HCM Implementation Consultant at distro guides clients in Chandler, Arizona through the integration of Payroll and HR Solutions. This role focuses on ensuring clients have a smooth onboarding experience, improving their operational efficiency, and supporting their organizational goals. The consultant manages end-to-end client implementations and adapts solutions to fit each client's needs.
What You Will Do
- Engage with clients to understand payroll and HR requirements, gathering data for system setup.
- Manage the full implementation process from kickoff to go-live, setting and communicating clear expectations.
- Work closely with Sales, Payroll, and Product teams to align implementation work with client goals.
- Lead client meetings to review project timelines, key milestones, and deliverables.
- Provide training and support to help clients use the HRIS system effectively and encourage adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process issues that arise during implementation.
- Update the Client Space (CRM system) with project milestones, tasks, and documentation throughout the process.
- Hand off clients to the service team after go-live to ensure ongoing support and a positive experience.
