Position Overview
We are looking for Senior Field Service Engineers I & II to join our Global Sales, Services & Spares IQ and Sustaining teams at a client site (Intel) in Chandler, AZ. This role requires at least 25% domestic and international travel. As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be essential in supporting advanced semiconductor equipment that drives transformative technologies worldwide. Your responsibilities include leading complex troubleshooting efforts, mentoring fellow engineers, and reinforcing partnerships through ensuring stable, high-performance fabrication environments. Your expertise will directly influence tool reliability, customer satisfaction, and the advancement of ASM technology.
Available Shifts:
- Shift 4 (6pm-6am) - Sunday to Tuesday and every other Saturday
- Shift 5 (6am-6pm) - Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday
- Shift 6 (6pm-6am) - Wednesday to Friday and every other Saturday
- Shift 7 (6am-6pm) - Wednesday to Saturday and every other Wednesday
