Your key duties will include:Providing extensive support for dispatch systems and hardware issues, ensuring active involvement through to resolution.Utilizing in-depth troubleshooting skills for IT systems, configuring, managing, and installing UNIX and Windows operating systems.Maintaining the integrity of network components and implementing enhancements to bolster reliability and performance.Delivering detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers regarding escalated tickets.Performing systems administration for desktop and server systems connected to both local and wide area networks, which includes account monitoring, security, and OS installation.Managing IT system infrastructure and related processes.Supporting day-to-day IT system operations, including monitoring and resolving problems for all client/server/storage/network devices.Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.Facilitating the escalation and communication of status updates to management and internal stakeholders.Integrating new technologies into existing systems, including transitions and migrations.
