Join our dynamic Higher Education Solution Consulting team at ServiceNow, where your contributions will play a pivotal role in shaping our success. In this position, you will support the sales of our Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX solutions, driving revenue and collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and executive leadership. As a hands-on technical consultant, you will excel in delivering solutions and effectively positioning our products throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical and domain expert within the client-facing sales team, supporting product sales.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
- Address technical inquiries and product feature questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Provide valuable feedback to product management regarding enhancements that can meet customer needs and add value.
- Collaborate with fellow Solution Consultants to share best practices and reusable assets, enhancing team quality and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing initiatives, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
