- Engage with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and recommend contract awards.
- Compile and prepare comprehensive estimates; conduct quantity takeoffs and bid evaluations while clarifying information and assumptions.
- Draft precise contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Review and track subcontractor submittals to ensure compliance with contract documents.
- Identify business development opportunities, follow up on bids, and assist in negotiations to successfully close deals.
- Manage multiple projects across various stages and locations, leveraging your strong knowledge of construction trades.
