This position reports directly to the on-site Facilities Manager (FM).Your Responsibilities:Manage daily tasks outlined in the Daily Binder.Order and distribute cleaning supplies for the Clean Team as necessary.Repair outstanding items and anticipate facility needs for events and resets.Maintain prompt communication via email and Slack.Conduct weekly preventive maintenance, including painting, light plumbing/electrical work, and equipment diagnostics.Oversee weekly inventory of supplies delivered to Facilities Management.Handle shipping and receiving of facility supplies.Adhere to the Facilities uniform policy.Participate in fire watch duties when alarms are down.Organize storage and mechanical areas.Ensure exterior cleanliness and manage waste disposal.Maintain the hourly cleaning sheet.Work on weekends and have the flexibility for on-call duties.Ensure all checklists are completed and the museum is ready for visitors.Be available for early morning and late-night shifts as required.Complete and submit daily operational reports.
