The Human Resources & Talent Intern will play a vital role in supporting our Talent team, focusing primarily on recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the talent acquisition efforts at Hasana, Inc., particularly in candidate scheduling, gathering feedback, and ensuring our employee database remains current.
- Organizing and maintaining internal data for the Talent team, which includes position profiles, new hire authorizations, offer letters, organizational charts, policies, and other candidate and employee-related information.
- Collaborating with the team to manage our year-round internship programs, focusing on candidate screening, onboarding, and planning enriching activities for interns.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires by developing and distributing onboarding materials and collecting necessary documentation.
- Assisting the Talent team with various projects and initiatives related to culture and performance management.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
- Handling general administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with comfort in reaching out to clients via phone and email.
- Managing additional responsibilities and projects as needed.
