About The Role
The Implementation Project Manager at PatientIQ is a pivotal strategic leader tasked with orchestrating complex, enterprise-level implementations across extensive health systems and healthcare organizations. This role encompasses the complete lifecycle of implementation projects, from the executive kickoff phase to go-live and subsequent value realization, guaranteeing excellence in delivery across technical, operational, and organizational dimensions.
This role will lead intricate SaaS implementations that often involve EHR integrations, data migrations, system conversions, and workflow transformation initiatives. The Implementation Project Manager will act as the primary delivery lead, engaging with executive stakeholders, EHR partners, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes within highly regulated and intricate environments.
The ideal candidate blends enterprise program leadership with the agility and innovation typical of startups, providing structure and discipline while remaining flexible and solutions-oriented. They will take ownership of results and proactively eliminate obstacles, collaborating across teams to achieve successful delivery.
What You'll Do
Enterprise Implementation Leadership
- Oversee the comprehensive delivery of enterprise implementations from kickoff through to go-live, including intricate EHR (e.g., Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner) integration constructions, conversions, and migrations.
- Create and manage extensive project plans that encompass EHR integrations, interface constructions, data validation, system configurations, workflow redesigns, training, and go-live monitoring.
- Establish and maintain robust governance structures, communication schedules, and executive reporting mechanisms tailored for large-scale health system engagements.
- Drive the achievement of time-to-first-value, user adoption rates, and other critical implementation success metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement & Risk Management
- Manage communications to executive and operational stakeholders, ensuring clear reporting of implementation progress, risks, and impacts at all levels of the customer organization.
- Identify and mitigate cross-functional risks across technical, clinical, and operational workflows while maintaining meticulous documentation and change management practices.
- Escalate and resolve issues promptly, balancing customer experience with internal resource management.
